Our Story–Four Brothers, One Mission

Spatial Integrity Group (SIG) was founded by four brothers with a shared vision: to bring precision, innovation, and integrity to geospatial services for government and industry partners.

Two of us are GIS leaders with decades of combined experience pushing the very limits of what GIS has to offer. We are experts in geospatial data creation, management, standardization, environmental analysis, and enterprise GIS deployments.
One serves as a seasoned director, leading multinational collaborations and high-level program strategies across federal and defense sectors.
The fourth is a mechanical engineer, with a career spanning civil infrastructure, nuclear fleet support, and asset management, bringing a technical foundation that bridges engineering and GIS.

Together, we've built SIG to unite our unique skills–geospatial expertise, operational strategy, and engineering precision–into a powerful services-driven firm ready to tackle complex challenges. Our diverse backgrounds give us a unique perspective on delivering end-to-end solutions that integrate data, technology, and actionable insights.

Kyle Kirkpatrick

-Director of Operations-
As a military veteran, with more than 25 years of steering high-stakes operations, Kyle knows how to navigate complexity–and make it look easy. He’s made a career out of cutting through clutter, stretching limited resources without breaking a sweat, and building teams that don’t just perform–they thrive. From Director to Deputy Chief of Staff, and a few critical roles in between, Kyle has worn many hats (and worn them well). His strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style bring a sharp edge to Spatial Integrity Group’s mission, blending organizational savvy with a knack for getting things done–at scale, on time, and with purpose.

Seth Kirkpatrick

-Lead Geospatial Developer-
Seth is a geospatial problem-solver with a passion for turning complex systems into elegant solutions. With over a decade of experience in GIS and IT engineering, he's helped everyone from local governments to federal agencies and public utilities navigate the evolving world of spatial technology. At Spatial Integrity Group, Seth leads the charge on GIS architecture, utility network upgrades, and workflow automation. Whether he's modernizing infrastructure or building scalable systems from the ground up, Seth’s mission is clear: make technology work smarter, not harder–and help clients stay one step ahead of the curve.

Kurt Kirkpatrick

-Lead Geospatial PM-Kurt is a military veteran that brings over a decade of experience pushing the envelope of GIS: leading GIS initiatives, knocking out GIS projects quickly, shaping data governance, and setting national standards across the public sector. As Spatial Integrity Group’s Lead Geospatial Project Manager, he turns big-picture strategy and clients' needs into real-world results–keeping teams aligned, timelines tight, and solutions scalable. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for smart, efficient, systems, Kurt helps agencies boost data quality, streamline workflows, and deliver on their mission with confidence.

Neal Kirkpatrick

-Lead Engineer-
Neal brings an engineer’s precision and a problem-solver’s mindset to every project–along with a rare trifecta of experience in mechanical, civil, and nuclear engineering. With over 12 years of delivering complex infrastructure and maintenance solutions for federal and defense clients, he knows what it takes to keep critical systems running smoothly. At Spatial Integrity Group, Neal leads the charge on engineering-integrated GIS services, bridging the gap between physical assets and spatial data. His work helps clients align infrastructure lifecycles with smart systems that boost safety, and ensure compliance.
